    To help you get started, we've put together a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) about setting up your account.
    • How do I sign up?

      Creating an account is easy. You will need to provide an email address, phone number, physical address and your loyalty card number. You will also need to create a secure password for your account.

    • How do I register an account with yourselves?

      Click on Login, which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your screen. Enter your email address under 'I am a new customer' and click on 'Next'. Please complete all fields marked with an asterisk *. As stated in our privacy policy, we do not forward your personal data to third parties. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We suggest that you check the information in this email carefully, making sure it is correct. To confirm your registration click on the link provided in the email. Once your registration has been confirmed, you can login and start shopping. If the address you want your order delivered to is not the same as your billing address, please also provide your delivery address. If not your order will be sent to your billing address.
    • Which cards do you accept?

      At Our Store, you can easily and securely pay by card. We accept Mastercard and Visa cards.
    • I have an account question not listed here. Can you help?

    • How do I change my password?

      You can change your password here
    • I’ve forgotten my password. How do I access my account?

      Don’t worry. You can easily create a new password. Click here and we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to change your password.
    • Can I pay by PayPal without creating an account?

      You also have the option to pay via PayPal, and can do so, without even creating a PayPal customer account. In order to do this, select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout, and at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ (highlighted below) and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
    • How do I update my account details?

  • VALUE CARD

    Our value card is a simple and easy way to reward customers for their loyalty. Find out all you need to know in the answers below.
    • How do I register for a Value Card?

      You can register for a Value Card at any Ultra Liquors store. Simply fill in an application form, and you will receive your card and be able to use it immediately. If you shop online, you can ask for a card number to be sent to you while your Value Card is in the post. Send these requests to loyalty@market-insights.co.za
    • What benefits do I get with a Value Card?

      There are many benefits to having a Value Card. Each time you shop in store or online you earn points. The points earned are changed into a cash back voucher every 3 months. The voucher is loaded onto your Value Card and is redeemable in store only. Other benefits include Double & Triple Points Promotions, Buy 1 Get 1 Free Special Offers, Automatic Entry into Competitions and Instant Discounts on Promotional Products.
    • How do I place an order?

    • I’ve lost my Value Card. How do I get a new one?

      You can get a replacement card the next time you visit any Ultra Liquors store. All the points earned and vouchers issued will be transferred to the new card.
    • How many points do I get when I shop?

      For every R10 spent, you get 1 point. Every 10 points = R1. You get 1% of your purchase value back in a voucher.
    • How do I redeem my vouchers?

      Your points are redeemable in store only. When you’re at the till, let the cashier know that you’d like to redeem your points.
    • How do I view my points?

      You can call our customer care toll-free helpline on 0800004414 for your statement.
    • Does my voucher ever expire?

      All vouchers are valid for a period of 9 months.
    • How do I update the details on my Value Card?

      You can call our customer care toll-free helpline on 0800 00 4414 to update your details. Or send your Value Card number with the updated details to loyalty@market-insights.co.za
    • I have a lot of points but haven’t received a voucher?

      If your details haven’t been added to the card then your points will be brought forward until we can capture your details. Contact our customer care toll-free helpline on 0800 00 4414 to check.

    Here we have answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about your orders and order history.
    • How do I place an order?

      Shopping online at Ultra Liquors is easy.


      Choose Your Store:

      Log in to your account and select your nearest store. You have an option to collect or have your order delivered. If you see more than one store, you can change. Delivery is charged by distance.


      Choose your products:

      The quickest was to find a product you know is to use the search box. There are also options to use filters to find products. If a product does not appear, it did not qualify to be available as an online item in that store. Remember to select the correct pack-size and quantity for a product.


      Check out:

      Once all your products are in your cart, proceed to checkout. A summary of your products will be displayed. Select your time slot. Select your payment preference and follow the prompts.
    • How do I cancel an order?

      If you need to cancel your order, please contactsupport@ultraliquors.co.za
    • Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

      It’s not possible to change your order once it has been placed. If you need to add to your order you can place a new collection order. Simply send an email to support@ultraliquors.co.za and we will deliver both orders. You will not be charged for the second delivery.

    • How do I get newsletter?

      At the bottom of the page, you can find a field where you can enter your email address to enroll to a newsletter.
    • How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

      You can either unsubscribe using the link in the newsletter (top or bottom) or directly in your account by clicking on 'Newsletter Unsubscribe'. You are also welcome to contact our customer service.

      Important: Please do not mark these emails as spam, as this may also block the delivery of other important emails from Our Store(order confirmation, etc.).
    • How often will I receive the newsletter?

      Our subscribers receive a newsletter twice a week containing the latest hot topics and news. In addition, our subscribers receive a newsletter supplement on a special topics. We will be sure to keep you up to date with any special promotions too!
